  • Love this plan and app!

    By KL Trump (Pcmac user)

It took a few tries to figure out how to add my food changes that weren’t recommended, but other than that, it worked very well. I have read reviews where folks think you can’t change recipes to ones not listed. If you need to change the food item, and it isn’t recommended, just go to your recipe choice (no matter what it was). “Add” the items you want to eat with the “add” button within whatever recipe is loaded. “Remove” any item you didn’t eat (regardless of the recipe loaded). Then click ,”track.” That’s all you have to do. I am always shocked at the “recalculation” for my macros. You can instantly see if your choice was good for you or not. Usually, not! Hence, why I needed this diet. Adding “my” choices for eating, with this app, is one of the ways I can track if I am grasping the macros, outside of the recommendations. I love the taste of the recipes, and the communication from coaches thru the app. When I have questions, they are quick to reply. I check in once a week, and they recalculate recommendations. I have so many complements on my skin, weight, and healthy look. I bet 20 people asked me what diet I was on. Love everything about it!
  • Losing weight FAST!!!

By Annoyed in Cali (Pcmac user)

I was not really looking for a weight loss plan when I stumbled across a video that talked about Dr. Goglias G-Plan. I had pretty much given up on losing weight and in fact was starting to think about weight loss surgery. I had tried all the other plans in the past, even some that restricted me to just 500 calories a day. Then I dove deep into the Internet to learn about G-Plan. I was both amazed and the success stories I found and also disappointed that there was not much information out there. But I figured that $39 was a small amount of money to give it a chance. Within the first few days of starting I noticed how much better I felt. My energy level went through the roof. I had clarity of mind. All cravings for soda and sweets were completely gone. My body no longer ached and I was losing weight. The best part, I was eating a lot of really good food. In just 2 months I’ve lost 30 lbs and several inches off my waist and hips. My success even inspired my wife to join and now we are on this journey together. This plan is amazing and it can work for you as well. I highly recommend G-Plan and Dr. Goglia is a blessing in my life.
  • Great app to fix diet but still enjoy the food

    By ucbcats1 (Pcmac user)

The app has been a real eye opener for me as I am a late 40’s male who is very active with aggressive workouts but was not losing weight and growing belly fat. The app helped me shape up what my macros should be, held me accountable for hydration and realized I was over eating and had a very fatty diet. By reshaping my meals I am still eating the foods I love, better portions, and lowering my fat and getting my carbs and protein in check. I am down 9 lbs in less than 2 weeks and although the daily loss is now slower since losing the initial bloat, I am still losing .2 to .5 lbs daily. I know once I get to my goal weight I can maintain it by using the App to hold me accountable to my macros One suggestion I would make and why it is not a 5 * is I cannot sync my Fitbit Versa watch to the app. I am still working out and would like to have my calories burned and all my stats show up in the app so I can see if I am eating enough vs my burn I do recommend this app, again I have had immediate success, I have used the recipes so I can learn more about when I cook other recipes to make sure I am keeping my macros in check.
  • Great idea, some functions didn’t work

    By Armysc (Pcmac user)

I’ve used Weight Watchers for years, but I was looking for something a little more tailored to me. Pros: The test was fun and shed some insight. The recipes are fairly simple and enjoyable. Cons: One of the main reasons I was looking forward to this app was the ease of picking recipes that then generated a grocery list(saving me about 2 hours every Sunday planning). Imagine my frustration when after shopping I came home to find that my grocery list was fairly incomplete. You see, all the “free foods” like condiments, spices, sauces, curry pastes, fresh toppings(liked diced tomato for tacos) don’t generate in the grocery app. So just like WW(but for more money) I’m left spending time hand writing out a grocery list doing math on ingredients times x amount of meals etc. Making the grocery function useless. My other issue is that the app is glitchy. Often takes too long to load, doesn’t seem to receive the signal from my touchscreen until multiple attempts, and not infrequently just needs to reboot. If they fix the grocery list and the lags, I’d love this app. I think the concept behind this eating plan is a good one. But it was not well executed app wise. I’ve yet to be able to input my water intake. So frustrating. If it’s not fixed soon I’m going to cancel unfortunately.
