The app is crap and customer service is even worse

The app requires you to constantly be glued to the app and input information. Not practical at all. Also the customer service is the worst and they are dishonest about their refund terms. Other people with the same problem as me seemed to have got part their refund back and when I requested the same, I was denied. Dishonest business practice.
