completely unprofessional

after many trial: -Not clean car and captains are not hygienic and talking on the phone very loudly during my trips -Do use different route without getting the permission for me. -Try to charge me twice, i was already charged by city coins wallet and the captain and their support office clerk kept asking me to again by cash. When I use my old wallet amount I will definitely delete this app and account for ever.
Faulty application poor customer service

I booked a ride. I needed to contact customer care to confirm something as I need a special car. No body answersthe phone. The app is faulty and does not let me cancel my prebooked ride. Until this issue is fixed. I do not recommend this app.
