Not able to connect

Yesterday I got my scale and set up the app from the app, but today I cannot access it. Have tried and tried, but to no avail. Tried to contact them, but there is no way to do it. Will have to call United healthcare and see if they can help. Very disappointed in this app.
Does not work

I have to delete the app and reinstall after each use. Very redundant and time consuming

Likes the app, at first. Now, I also have to delete and re-install daily to get it to work. Who wants to keep doing that?

The app worked one time just fine and then I just get a blank screen. Why? Can’t do my weight.
