Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "The ESO App Lite"
The search will reveal the The ESO App Lite app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once The ESO App Lite is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including The ESO App Lite.
Now enjoy The ESO App Lite on PC.

My go-to reference for all map things ESO

the app only suggestion I have is add a report option of some sort to notify the app app devs of inaccurate info based on the app specific map you are viewing. I have found some bosses in Cyrodiil delves that have their names swapped around and misidentified monster types, and would love a way to let the app app devs know about it.

It’s a very handy thing to have for eso saved me a bunch of time there is only a few things that bothered me like for example you can’t mark skyshard or books that you’ve already found and some places just don’t show up like the app catacombs in Orsinium

Love ESO and love this app. I try lite versions first before paying for them, and can say this app has earned my purchase. Is it 100% perfect? No. Is it still helpful and worth it? Absolutely. It’s definitely come in handy for this noob player. Highly recommend.
