- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.
- To use PIN Genie Smart Lock,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "PIN Genie Smart Lock" » then Click "Install".

You’ll love the lock, it’s simply the best on the market. We have never had a problem with this app. I did email the company after an update recently and was very surprised that we got a prompt response. About a week later I received another email as a follow up. It wasn’t a form type follow up. That just another reason I’m committed to this company. They listened and are always improving their products.

Pretty Good!

App has worked flawlessly except on 2 occasions.
First, I had one issue where the app was just searching for the Bluetooth connection. I let it search for 10 minutes while trying to close the app multiple times and even turn off/on Bluetooth. Nothing worked so I resorted to hard restarting my phone which worked. It’s only happened to me once.
Second, I set a non temporary passcode up for someone and they used it one time and then the passcode was gone off their phone. I set another on up as it has worked fine. Just interesting that it jus disappeared
Overall I have had no major issues and I really do like the lock and app - thus the 5 stars. Thank you!

Good, GET FACE ID SUPPORT!!!!

The app works well. I have had no issues. But like many other iPhone X users, we are forced to manually type in the passcode because there is no Face ID support and no ability to use Touch ID. Come on the app Genie! It is not like Face ID is new. Get it updated!!

Best solution for my house

Love love this this app. I backed them on Kickstarter and waited for a long time. But I would say totally worth the wait. It works perfectly for all my families members, each of us has one set of password and I can see who is home or not any time. It also makes my life much easier than never before. I could set temperate passwords for my helpers or even Airbnb guests when I am on vacation. I was alway worrying about the safety of Airbnb, but now, with the app Genie, it not only makes me feel safe and also bring me extra income with no extra work. Thanks! Strongly recommend. The app works great!
