Install W10 app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "W10"
The search will reveal the W10 app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once W10 is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including W10.
Now enjoy W10 on PC.

To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

To use W10,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "W10" » then Click "Install".
- W10 will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

Can’t get forgotten password

Being able to login would be nice! What happens when you forget your app password? It makes you put in your old one to reset. No option for “forgot password.” Other parts of this app are good. Would recommend some better English translation though because some things aren’t written well to understand.
Wish it had some more options

So far the system works well, the notifications are a couple minutes delayed, and you are unable to turn off the “system armed” “system disarmed” announcements with effecting alarm activation announcements as well. The should increase the notification speed to your phone, as well as add an option to have silent arming and disarming.
Not working properly with IPhone X

Can you please fix the app to work properly with IPhone X? The arm, disarm and home section at the bottom keep on moving up when I work on something in the app.
Worked okay until the update

Now there are no push notifications to either my iPhone or iPad. Without receiving notice when a door or window is opened the alarm system is useless. After multiple resets and deletes the system still won’t send notifications. WiFi is strong and the app allows me to arm/disarm the system but there’s no notifications being sent. The company is basically non existent unless you communicate in Chinese.
