Loved but last iOS messed it up

This was an excellent app, however the last iOS update messed it up. Now when I start my workout (activate apple’s workout app) then start my Cero app, like I always did, the Apple workout app overrides the Cero app and Cero stops counting down (happens after the watch goes into sleep mode). The only way I can get it to work is to restart everything, turn off the watch, then turn it back on. Before the last update this was a 5 star app for sure!
Simple interface but poor functionality

Intervals are easy to set up but the signal at the end of the intervals are too weak or do not work at all. On my watch, the haptic feedback was too weak to be felt. I could not figure out how to make the chime work. On my phone, the beep was also too weak to be heard and the vibrate function did not work. I uninstalled this app. The search for a simple the app timer continues.
Needs more features

The best design I’ve seen so far but there needs to be warmup and cooldown features to add to workout as well. Also, trying to adjust time by only using the plus and minus signs is irritating. We shpuld be able to type the numbers.

Awesome app for intervals! Would give it 5 stars if you could listen to your music while using the app....please make that available and update the app 😁
