I can do an entire session without having to look at the app or a clock because the different sounds tell me when to switch and when to rest. Highly recommend it and it’s free!

Oh can customise your timer to your workout exactly from warm up to time in between, etc. It’s so easy to use and easy to change if you switch up workouts often. So glad I found this and it’s free!!!

    I love that I don’t have to make sure I packed my gym boss interval timer. With this app it’s on my phone and always with me. I started with just the basic 2 and loved it so much I paid for the upgrade. It’s absolutely worth it! This app works alongside my Pandora so I don’t ever have to choose. It just ‘runs in the background’. I highly recommend this app!

    I use this app to time my hang board training sessions. A must have if you train for rock climbing. It is way more adjustable than another climbing specific app I had tried. And I love how it chimes with the last three seconds counting down to zero. It gives me an auditory heads up as to the exact moment I should be pulling up on or releasing from the hang board.
