Download and install the Lorex Cirrus app on your Windows 10,8,7 or Mac in 4 simple steps below:
- Download an Android emulator for PC and Mac:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks Pc or Mac software Here >> .
- Install the emulator on your PC or Mac:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.
- Using Lorex Cirrus on PC [Windows 7/ 8/8.1/ 10/ 11]:
- Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Lorex Cirrus"
- The search will reveal the Lorex Cirrus app icon. Open, then click "Install".
- Once Lorex Cirrus is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Lorex Cirrus.

Wow Lorex....This is not what I paid for!!

It’s now over a month and no resolution yet!! Are they still in business??
I have been using the app wireless systems for many years!! Why would you change an awesome app that worked smoothly to an app that I cannot connect to remotely. What is the use of having surveillance cameras if you can’t use them remotely??? the app you have really dropped the ball!!! Please fix this issue!!! From the sounds of it a lot more people are very dissatisfied also. If you can’t offer an app that works then refund everyone their money back. Please don’t tell me call us to resolve this issue. Apparently from the reviews no one speaks English and can’t help. I don’t have time to be transferred to many techs. I read that this app was tested and tested to make sure it worked perfectly many times. Well tell us your secret cause it doesn’t work for me!! Anxiously awaiting an update to the app that will fix this issue or bring back the old app that everyone was very happy with.
It’s been a few weeks now, no updates. WHY?? This is so frustrating and so ridiculous. People paid a lot of money for these systems and to have them not work is unacceptable. Everyday I get more and more frustrated with this company.

Garbage- not just the app but the entire company

This company is garbage. Their product is garbage and their customer support is a steaming pile of garbage. Stay far away! I’ll spare the intricate details of my full experience but the short story is that I was tricked into spending about $500 on a high tech paper weight. The system never worked like it was supposed to. After literally months of back and forth with their “tech” support (completely useless by the way, my 5yr old nephew knows more about technology than anyone I ever spoke with from this company) now I’m out of my 60 day return period so they refuse to refund me my money. I’m stuck with a system that doesn’t work and that they cannot fix. Their product is trash. I know this for a fact because they have sent me replacement parts for my entire system multiple times over and it still doesn’t work. Enough is enough I’ve literally wasted over 3 months trying to troubleshoot their garbage product and it’s still useless.....It’s too late for me but if you’re reading this PLEASE save yourself the massive headache and the $ and look elsewhere for your home security needs.

R U kidding me, what’s the point!!

1marathorner is 100% correct about the company, service and lack luster app. I can’t log on either. I could take 15mins to figure out the 1994 style setting on the Tv and don’t get me started on trying to use the remote. It’s almost laughable. It’s almost 2020 technology is better than this. Anyway I can’t connect to my device I’ve done everything an IT person would suggest even leaving the device unplugged for a couple days to see if it dies and than wakes up ready to work. I tried calling the customer service number only to hang up frustrated and the mobile app is still not working. The language barrier was difficult and than they wanted to log into my computer remotely. No thank you. Once again it’s not 1994 you should be able to send a signal to the device. Not sure what to do now. Do I give up and buy a new one (not the app) or continue to provide electricity to this device for nothing more and maybe it will provide some sense of security. Fix your App, hire 1st language is English customer service reps and stop ripping customers off.

Nice app for my lorex system

Recently purchased a the app LNK7108A system and installed this app on my iPhone. App has a lot of nice features like playback and sound. I’m still trying to figure out the recording option but have had no issue taking a snapshot from live or playback. The only annoying issue is it seems to crash a lot, usually when I’m looking at playback recordings. Other issue which is not a big deal was when I added another camera it wouldn’t show up on app. I figured that out, had to re-enter my password. Not sure why. I had an analog system for years first with a night owl system and then Bosch. They were ok 10 years ago but needed better quality. This app is very similar to the better Bosch system but actually has better playback option ( I can select more than 1 day) I’m not going to say this is the best on the market but I will say from experience it’s pretty darn good. Just need to fix the crashes.
