I could have ordered in person faster

...even with along line in front of me it would have been quicker. Signed up, verified email, begrudgingly added my credit card, then logged in to place an order. One of the rice option radio buttons was clearly selected yet I can to change and change again the option to add an item to the cart. Once done, had to add my card all over again, this time with full address. Hmm now that info is in two places and the second place doesn’t use the email and password front the first. Then there’s the picture Capcha. Really? Is this 1999 or something? Order is placed and heading over to pick it up. Will see what shenanigans arise with that process.

App is ok. There’s a “referral” option when you sign up but once you sign up there is no way to refer people... kinda dumb. But the worst part is you have to add minimum $10 credit to your app to “pay” with your phone. Which is dumb. Why not connect to Apple Pay or better yet start accepting Apple Pay at the stores... but I’m not going to pay $10 at a time. When is any transaction ever $10 even. Your Not starbucks... I’m not coming here every day where the change carry over won’t matter. Starbucks does it and it’s annoying. the app tacos does it... and I won’t use it.

Useless app

The app is useless. They do t check to see if they have an app order until you come in and tell them, then they just continue to make food for the people in line. It would have been much faster to just come in and order. Why have the app if they are going to act like you’re a bother for using it?

Watch out for the illegal auto-tip!

In California, it is illegal to charge a tip unless you opt in. This app selects its own desired tip and hides it at the end. We only became aware we were charged extra when we got to the store, and then had to deal with the embarrassment of getting a refund. We did not dine in, why are we getting charged a tip?
