First off, I like the app because it rewards my loyalty with a free combo meal. There's nothing better than free food. Who doesn't love potato oles dunked in hot spicy nacho cheese and a crunchy chicken burrito? It's a good trade off if you eat here often enough. My qualms with the app is the barcode scanner occasionally goes on the fritz. I've updated the app more than once and each time the scanner seems to quit working. For reference, I'm on iOS 11 and an iPhone 6. I wish the app had a feature that recognized prices and gave you double punches for your purchases totaling over $20. If there is a minimum requirement of $5 to receive a punch, the company itself should reward its customers with multiple punches when your feeding the whole family. Lastly, I wish the coupons and deals didn't correspond to the launch of new products, but rather my purchasing habits. Why offer me a $1 off a steak burrito when all I ever purchase is kids meals and a crunchy chicken combo. The same goes with deserts. Why offer me a free sugar covered potato ole when all I purchase are Churros; they're fab by the way! So my closing suggestion to you is, offer me a free churro with the purchase of a combo or kids meal. I'm 2x more likely to eat at your establishment in doing so.

Whatever happened or changed this app it’s not working the way it used to. I get notifications about offers but open the app and all it says is there are no offers. Old app was easier to use and better. Even when it updated I had to go through the trouble of downloading it and redoing everything again because it magically disappeared off of my phone. Whatever it is nothing works anymore. I’m signed into it. I’m just so disappointed in this new update or upgrade or whatever you did. Don’t like it and it’s not working the way it used to. Also the app has a bunch of history of offering me deals. But they don’t appear. It’s super disappointing. update! Still not working. Probably just going to delete this app. Waste of space to have it on my phone when it’s just not going to give me the deals that are sent by notifications. Ridiculous. Fix this! whatever it is it’s a garbage app. Never used to be ! Used to love this app. Now it’s trash

I like the idea of buying eight meals and then getting a free one, however there are some problems with this app that need to be worked out. For example, one of the locations in my area is not even listed as an option. When I purchase a meal there, I either have to choose another location or scan it in and email the receipt. Also the barcode reader has never worked on any of the receipts, so every time I have to take a photograph of it and enter it that way. When I have asked the employees at the restaurant if they can scan the barcode right for my phone, they do not seem to know anything about the app at all nor do they have the appropriate scanner to use. When I try to use coupons that our listed in the app, they are not there and do not show up. I had to show the employee an email showing the expiration date so that they can give me the appropriate discount. I think eventually it will be a good app however at this time there needs to be development to work those bags out and greater training for employees so that they're able to answer questions and appropriate equipment so that they can make scans.

Overall the app is good however why does the restaurant serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner if you can only scan one receipt a day? I found this out because I ate at two different restaurants on two different days in a row, forgot to scan the receipt from yesterday so I scanned that one first now it gives me an error saying “you aren’t allowed to scan multiple receipts in one visit” when it try to scan the second. Basically it’s saying only one punch per day even though I have two receipts from two different restaurants with two different dates totals and two different dates. Defiantly an error that needs to be addressed if you want people to eat at your restaurants more than once a day.
