Awesome App

I love this app and am so happy they finally came out with one. I eat here quite often and this makes it so much easier to order for my whole family rather than listing everything off in the line or drivethru and hoping they got it all or ring it up correctly. My food is usually always ready when I get there and I don't usually have to wait in line either. I guess it may depend on where you live or what location you're using but I find this super convenient and I love this app!!

Terrible service

I've tried this app a few times to a few different locations. All bad experiences, this company has so many different classic and freshmex items it's just confusing. The taste varies from store to store no consistency. And always a long wait in line even though I've prepaid cause they have to make a GRILLED item for someone ahead of me and that takes forever orpeople are scratching their heads cause of all the "choices" and it's just Boggs down the time. TLDR: go somewhere else

Disappointed

I really love this app and was excited to see they have an app, but it needs some work. It crashes every time I try to use it and it’s very confusing to use. I was excited at the idea of getting rewards and ordering ahead since I eat there so often, but I guess I’ll just have to order in person instead. I love the food and restaurant, though!

Worked in beginning but now...

At first when I downloaded this it worked well and was nice to be able to have my order ready paid for and all I needed to do was pick it up in the drive thru. Now it just crashes when I attempt to order off it. Don’t bother downloading as it appears now to be a waste of time.
