Install LTS Connect app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using LTS Connect on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "LTS Connect"
The search will reveal the LTS Connect app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once LTS Connect is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including LTS Connect.
Now enjoy LTS Connect on PC.

To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

To use LTS Connect,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "LTS Connect" » then Click "Install".
- LTS Connect will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

- The app worked flawlessly before the iOS 12.1 update.

☹ Cons:

- Since the iOS 12.1 update, some users have reported issues with connecting to IP cameras through the app, specifically related to IPv6.

- One user reported a black and white picture with blemishes in the middle of the picture, making it worthless.

- The app loses connection often and displays a network unstable message.

- Some users have reported issues with the app not recognizing a WiFi doorbell and constantly asking to connect to WiFi, even though it allows them to see all other wired cameras.

iOS 13 and LTS Connect issue stil

I was told by My local the app Supoet that the latest IOS 13 and previous version of this app causes the app to think it’s not connected. Especially when adding a WiFi doorbell. It’s retarded. this app allows me to see all of my other wired cameras, but keeps asking me to connect to WiFi when adding a WiFi doorbell. I was told to wait for the fix. Been waiting for 3 weeks plus and was hoping this latest this app version would fix this issue. Still cannot add my WiFi doorbell. Please fix your app!

I would highly recommend On Point security to anyone in the upstate. Very well run local organization with high quality equipment, a wide variety of security/video packages, very good pricing, and very skilled technicians. We are very pleased with their work to say the least.

It is a great app for the app cameras. You can view all of your cameras at once or select one and zoom in for extra detail. This app worked flawlessly until the iOS 12.1 update. Since then my iPhone 7 Plus on T-Mobile cannot connect the IP cameras through the app. I am told it is an issue with IPv6.
Worthless at night

Black and white picture with my porch light on. Has blemishes in the middle of the picture, looks like water droplets. Middle of the picture is worthless. No obstructions during daylight. Looses connection often. Keeps going to network unstable. Today it said device offline. Had to delete and re-add in the phone app. Going to buy that ring I should have bought in the first place.
