Download and install the Masafi app on your Windows 10,8,7 or Mac in 4 simple steps below:
- Download an Android emulator for PC and Mac:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks Pc or Mac software Here >> .
- Install the emulator on your PC or Mac:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.
- Using Masafi on PC [Windows 7/ 8/8.1/ 10/ 11]:
- Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Masafi"
- The search will reveal the Masafi app icon. Open, then click "Install".
- Once Masafi is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Masafi.
- Now enjoy Masafi on PC.

- Click on "Get" to begin installation. It also automatically installs Windows Subsystem for Android.
- After installation, Goto Windows Start Menu or Apps list » Open the Amazon Appstore » Login (with Amazon account)
- For non-U.S users, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto Playstore on PC » click Configure_Download. This will auto-download Google Play Store on your Windows 11.
- Installing Masafi:
- Login to your computer's PlayStore or Amazon AppStore.
- Search for "Masafi" » Click "Install" to install Masafi
- Masafi will now be available on your windows start-menu.

Unreliable App

As a long-time consumer and user of home-delivery from this app I am frustrated by the problems we have every time they update or supposedly improve their app. Maybe they just need to pay a proper app developer to sort out the bugs? The online store is no better either. Usually after spending too much time on both the aforementioned ordering methods, I give up and order water over the phone...the good old fashioned way!

Terrible, horrible, stay away!

The application is horrible, it’s super slow and times out a lot. I had this company for about 6 months and I’m cancelling after this order. They constantly cancel my order and don’t tell me why, they spam me with text messages, and they are constantly running out of water so I have to go weeks without what I want. Don’t waste your time with this company or application.

You place your order through the app for water and it gets cancelled, and you don’t get an explanation why nor do you get your water. Ive spent more time on the phone with customer care following up on my cancelled orders then I spent using that app and getting my water successfully. Having an app like this is meant to make your water delivery more seamless, this app does not do that. Don’t waste your time...
