Good app but

Thank you for this amazing app we’ve all been waiting for. As a blind person who loves the app, Spacepower and Venus center’s productions, I’d like to give some feedback about the IPhone’s VoiceOver screenreader accessibility issues. First: many blind people were excited to watch dubed anime, and the app go is for them as the first place which gathers most (if not all) of those dubed anime. The app is great, however it’s not fully compatible with VoiceOver(a screen reader service that apple does offer on their devices), e.g. when we browse the cartoons and anime list, VoiceOver can’t access their icons at all, thus forcing us to call a sighted person for some assistance. In addition, the video player isn’t fully accessible, as we can’t skip back or forward during the video playback and even after pausing, also the process of playing/pausing is somewhat difficult to be managed. I hope accessibility gets improved in later versions, and I thank you all again for this amazing service, which I and my blind friend will definitely be subscribing to when we can fully access and use the app.

Dear creator... Thanks for making this amazing app but there is an issue and because of it I can’t really watch my favorite cartoons comfortably... I think that you should’ve mentioned that it is not all free at the commercial advertisement and also why should we sign up, is it safe to write my email, is there a security we can trust so hacker wouldn’t hack us? I want an answer for that because I cannot watch even one episode on the app because I haven’t signed up... I Am not really sure about the security... Sorry if I said someone wrong but that is my idea, thanks for reading... Best wishes...
Video Player bug

Hi, Thanks for creating this amazing app, there seems to be a problem with the video player, if you played the video in landscape orientation then if you wanted to change it to the other landscape orientation and vice versa sometimes the player gets stuck in portrait orientation
App stopped working, customer support does not respond.

Worst of all, I’m still getting charged for this app. The problem is that for any episode I try, I get the same error saying: “The requested URL was not found on this server”. Problem started happening 2 weeks ago, and I sent a message to customer support and haven’t received a response for more than a week. With this persistent issue, I decided to unsubscribe to at least stop the charges on my CC, the application says I can unsubscribe from my iPads account setting, went there and couldn’t find anything to do with unsubscribing there! Please fix the app, allow users to easily opt out, and respond to customer queries through regular customer support channels!
