- Nicely integrated with main WoofWare

- Provides access to schedule and communication tasks

- Sends notifications to smart phone watch when an appointment checks in

- Helps staff stay on time with appointments

- Blood work feature has been experiencing errors and not loading

- Reported issue twice but no response from developers

- App is extremely buggy and requires frequent uninstalling and reinstalling to fix issues

- Issues come up at least a few times a month, which is cumbersome and unreasonable.

I love using the app to see my schedule, look up clients and tests results. Nicely integrated with mains WoofWare. Thanks to developers for keeping us moving faster with record keeping so we can focus on our patients 🐶🐱

Usually this app works very well but recently the blood work has not been loading. Error occurs every time I try to load it. I have report the issue two separate times and have not heard anything. Please fix this. Without being able to see their blood work, the app is pointless since I use it to do call backs from home.

This app is great to have access to your schedule and communication tasks. Also if you have a smart phone watch when an appointment checks in it lets you know and helps me and my staff stay on time!!!
Must re-download too often

Has really good features, but it is extremely buggy. Having to uninstall and reinstall to fix any issue is cumbersome and unreasonable, especially when issues come up at least a few times a month.
