Download and install the myVCA app on your Windows 10,8,7 or Mac in 4 simple steps below:
- Download an Android emulator for PC and Mac:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks Pc or Mac software Here >> .
- Install the emulator on your PC or Mac:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.
- Using myVCA on PC [Windows 7/ 8/8.1/ 10/ 11]:
- Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "myVCA"
- The search will reveal the myVCA app icon. Open, then click "Install".
- Once myVCA is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including myVCA.
- Now enjoy myVCA on PC.
- Using myVCA on Mac OS:
Install myVCA on your Mac using the same steps for Windows OS above.
How to download and use myVCA App on Windows 11
To get myVCA on Windows 11, check if there's a native myVCA Windows app here » ». If none, follow the steps below:
- Download the Amazon-Appstore » (U.S only)
- Click on "Get" to begin installation. It also automatically installs Windows Subsystem for Android.
- After installation, Goto Windows Start Menu or Apps list » Open the Amazon Appstore » Login (with Amazon account)
- For non-U.S users, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto Playstore on PC » click Configure_Download. This will auto-download Google Play Store on your Windows 11.
- Installing myVCA:
- Login to your computer's PlayStore or Amazon AppStore.
- Search for "myVCA" » Click "Install" to install myVCA
- myVCA will now be available on your windows start-menu.

Somethings are great and some not so great

Overall the app is easy to use, I like the option to speak to a doctor although I haven’t uses it. The feedback and report a problem links dont work which is why I am doing this review. The feedback is that there are pictures of each of your pet/dogs stages in life with a blurb about what to expect. My issue is in all the pictures where there is a person present you never see a black or brown person. People of all walks of life have pets and if you plan to have people not just dogs in the pictures please make them more diverse racially, ethnically. All except for one person depicted are white.
Creating apps that are functional is just as key to creating apps that are diverse and inclusive.

So easy to use

As long as you enter your Information the same as when you signed up for the care club at the vet it automatically finds you and asks questions to verify it is you. You are able to update photos, update any errors that might be listed, update phone numbers and it's SO EASY to make an appointment! The app lists what all you have remaining for the care club and access to chat with the vet which is very exciting to me because I don't have to wait to see the vet to ask a question! Very easy to use! Great App! Thanks!

Fabulous app, Real client service

I can only say: customer service for a FREE app rocks! I moved and tried to change the VCA hospital location in the app itself. After several tries, a new download and an attempt to swap by using the map option it still didn’t work.
I dropped an email and within the hour help was on the way. I received a phone call, the Error I received was analyzed and my app was up and running with new VCA hospital correctly showing up.
Let’s say this once more: Human help for a free app! Five stars and thank you !

Update— after emailing them, they got my account up and going! Very easy to use. I have been able to converse with a vet over the weekend using the app and my usually vet called me this morning to follow up on my dogs prob! Great app now that I can actually use it.
Original review: I was It can’t locate my account. I have called the vet they have reset my account and I still can’t get logged in. I have uninstalled the app. Tried logging in with Facebook too.
