1. We celebrate the 56th Year Anniversary of Ueshiro Shorin-Ryu Karate USA with the release of the mobile app of our treasured Kata Guide.

2. It includes the three basic kata, five intermediate kata, three advanced kata, eight black belt kata; the weapons kata for sai, bo, kama and nunchaku; as well as the four prearranged kumite.

3. The Kata Guide was originally Directed and Produced by Kyoshi David Seeger, and he has now remastered for mobile play and created this app.

4. This instructional footage features Hanshi Robert Scaglione demonstrating kata in the traditional Okinawan style of Matsubayashi Shorin-Ryu.

5. The entire 90-minute Kata Guide has been remastered for your mobile device.

6. guidance of Grand Master Ansei Ueshiro.

7. Pinch to Zoom and Hold Finger to Reposition.

Install KataGuide app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using KataGuide on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "KataGuide"
The search will reveal the KataGuide app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once KataGuide is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including KataGuide.
Now enjoy KataGuide on PC.

For Windows 11, check if there's a native KataGuide Windows app here » ». If none, follow the steps below:

To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

To use KataGuide,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "KataGuide" » then Click "Install".
- KataGuide will now be available on your Windows start-menu.
