Install Inks and Pens app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using Inks and Pens on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Inks and Pens"
The search will reveal the Inks and Pens app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Inks and Pens is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Inks and Pens.
Now enjoy Inks and Pens on PC.

Wish there was more colors and features. This is a great app. The developer really listens to the customer. I think that this app is a must have. I am just learning how to use it. I was not using until now. When the developer added to import. Now I am learning this app. Also great price.
