Worst support ever. They simply don't care

I used to play this game everyday for almost one year until now. This weekend they had a bug related to weapons and instead of compensating the players who bought giving back their money, they gave a ridiculous compensation. Even worse, just some players kept their weapons and others recieved hundreds of awakening gems, granting permanent advantage to them. Now the game is totally broken. They only are after your money. I manage the greatest Facebook community about this game (5k members), If the developers don't do nothing, I'm quitting the game and encouraging several others there to do the same. Be sure your loss will be much greater then a bunch of weapons and gems...
Ridiculously Fun Tribute to KOF

I've been obsessively playing for a few months & I seriously love this game. There's a massive amount of things to do & it's an amazing tribute to the KOF series. You can get far with a free account, paying will speed things up but the game gives you lots of ways to move forward. It's a bit complicated at first but it's a satisfying system & the community is great. If you love KOF check it out!!!
False advertising

I love this game and have been playing for a year. However, this weekend the developers released an event where the advertised items on a huge discount. They they say it was a mistake, take back all the items replacing them with garbage “as intended”. No option to refund the diamonds (real money in game currency) has been given. That is false advertising and completely unreasonable. Give me my money back, my diamonds back, or the items promised (weapons, not fragments) in your description. If you do one of those options, I will give update rating to 5 stars.
Bug after bug

Global servers are a joke. Whenever we receive any new update you can bet theres gonna be a bug or glitch. Theres still a couple the devs cant be bothered to fix or at least contact the community. This has some the worst customer service as you're left in the dark about the current status of the game and what the devs are working on, nothing but a generic copy and paste response (if any response at all). Ive been very patient with them and recharged a couple times but this team just makes no effort.
