Download and install the Breeze for Patients app on your Windows 10,8,7 or Mac in 4 simple steps below:
- Download an Android emulator for PC and Mac:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks Pc or Mac software Here >> .
- Install the emulator on your PC or Mac:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.
- Using Breeze on PC [Windows 7/ 8/8.1/ 10/ 11]:
- Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Breeze"
- The search will reveal the Breeze for Patients app icon. Open, then click "Install".
- Once Breeze is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Breeze.
- Now enjoy Breeze on PC.

How to download and use Breeze App on Windows 11
To get Breeze on Windows 11, check if there's a native Breeze Windows app here » ». If none, follow the steps below:
- Download the Amazon-Appstore » (U.S only)
- Click on "Get" to begin installation. It also automatically installs Windows Subsystem for Android.
- After installation, Goto Windows Start Menu or Apps list » Open the Amazon Appstore » Login (with Amazon account)
- For non-U.S users, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto Playstore on PC » click Configure_Download. This will auto-download Google Play Store on your Windows 11.
- Installing Breeze:
- Login to your computer's PlayStore or Amazon AppStore.
- Search for "Breeze" » Click "Install" to install Breeze for Patients
- Breeze for Patients will now be available on your windows start-menu.

It’s absolutely NOT a “Breeze” to use. (Zero Stars)

1. App is not family-friendly. It needs to be enabled for use with multiple patients, especially for minors.
My children and I see the same physician, however, the app is only single-threaded, thus rendering it useless.
See the FMHMobile app. They know how to do it right.
2. There are problems with sending messages to providers:
a) I receive an error message every time.
“ERROR: The data could not be read because it is missing.
^^ ”What is this??!? ^^
Yesterday, I sent a message to my provider and got this error. So, like most people, I tried it again 2 more times with the same result. Finally, I gave up and called provider and left a VM.
But... Guess what? Those 3 messages actually went through later. Frustrating.
b) The method of sending messages is a UX design nightmare.
I have to type it in like it’s an iMessage (1-line field that scrolls).
Well...When communicating with a doctor’s office, messages are usually longer than a text message.
The worst part about it is that there is no way to easily review the message before sending it (and then experiencing 2a above).
This needs to be displayed in a paragraph form that is easy to edit if necessary (like the format of this app review).

Ease of Breeze

I found it easy to use and quickly got help from a live person, Ariel, at the doctors office when I had one small issue. I could list my medications accurately because I could use the numerous bottles to list them exactly as printed on the bottles. I’m surprised it was so easy for me. I can still get frustrated with computer “stuff”.

I was hesitant to install the app after reading the reviews but I installed the app, logged in and was able to pay my bill with no issues. I am happy to report that the app didn’t crash during install or use.

Why doesn’t every practice have this!?

Finally, I can walk into my doctors office and not feel like I’m being teleported to the past! This app makes it easy to check in, pay my outstanding balances and a bunch of other cool things too.
