Broken In-App Purchases

Before going all out for a subscription I decided to pay for individual patient cases ($0.99 each) to see if my missed tests were truly necessary. However, I found that this is in-app purchase process is broken and I can’t see all the patient case info. Other than that I like the app and find it a fun little diagnostic game to kill time with. Fix the in-app purchases and you’ll get a 4-5 star rating.
I can’t download cases I’ve paid for

I’ve purchased a few individual cases and I can’t download or open a single one. I like the app it’s just you can’t download cases.
Keeps saying “Error”
