Download and install the Cummins Connect Cloud app on your Windows 10,8,7 or Mac in 4 simple steps below:
- Download an Android emulator for PC and Mac:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks Pc or Mac software Here >> .
- Install the emulator on your PC or Mac:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.
- Using Cummins Connect Cloud on PC [Windows 7/ 8/8.1/ 10/ 11]:
- Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Cummins Connect Cloud"
- The search will reveal the Cummins Connect Cloud app icon. Open, then click "Install".
- Once Cummins Connect Cloud is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Cummins Connect Cloud.
- Now enjoy Cummins Connect Cloud on PC.

- Download the Amazon-Appstore » (U.S only)
- Click on "Get" to begin installation. It also automatically installs Windows Subsystem for Android.
- After installation, Goto Windows Start Menu or Apps list » Open the Amazon Appstore » Login (with Amazon account)
- For non-U.S users, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto Playstore on PC » click Configure_Download. This will auto-download Google Play Store on your Windows 11.
- Installing Cummins Connect Cloud:
- Login to your computer's PlayStore or Amazon AppStore.
- Search for "Cummins Connect Cloud" » Click "Install" to install Cummins Connect Cloud

While trying to use it on my IPad and IPhone I find that the app sometimes works as advertised other times not... occasionally get the notification that it can’t connect to cloud and requests that I refresh.

Working great

I have several could based products and they all have connectivity issue from time to time. Usually the problem stems from a poor internet service provider. The connect cloud slows me to start and stop my generator remotely. Which is in heard of in the stand by industry. It also slows for manual control of the load controls on my system. Another industry 1st! The the app s generator is outstanding. Quiet, small, and remit controllable. Has always ran when my power was out. I would highly recommend the the app product!

App stinks

Finally got the old app to work after not connecting to my generator for over a year. I got a new phone(still an iphone) using the same iOS and version of cloud connect and now I am back to the app not working. I love this generator but hate the fact that the app never has worked right. Crappy app is an understatement. Calling the app for help is a lost cause. I have tried no less than a dozen times( still trying to pay my annual service bill also). They just can’t get it together. Not to help with the app or to take money that I owe them. If it wasn’t so sad it would be funny.

Terrible app

I’ve had my generator about 15 months. The last 6 months the app has been offline more than it works. The latest issue occurs whenever running on generate power, the app cannot connect to the generator. My Internet equipment and Satellite TV are on UPS. The Internet does not go down.
Get this app fixed! What cloud are they using? Mom & pop garage based? Learn some AWS or Azure. Ever heard of DNS traffic manager, global load balancing, resource throttling ? Geez! Hire some kids to develop the app correctly.
