Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "iHorn Party"
The search will reveal the iHorn Party app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once iHorn Party is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including iHorn Party.
Now enjoy iHorn Party on PC.

To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

To use iHorn Party,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "iHorn Party" » then Click "Install".
- iHorn Party will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

I don’t care that the “blowing” doesn’t work. But the sound only comes from the ear speaker, not the loud speakers. Big fail.
