1. Dand click pe una din parcelele marcate cu verde (cele care sunt disponibile la vanzare) se pot vedea conditiile de vanzare adica rata lunara la cele 60 rate - fara vreun discount oferit, suprafata parcelei, categoria parcelei, panta acesteia, frontul stradal.

2. Sunt identificate in aplicatie si drumurile de acces: cu albastru deschis DN1 (E 68 in zona sa dintre Vladeni si Persani), cu albastru inchis drumul pietruit care face legatura dintre Persani si Grid si cu verde drumurile de acces pentru proiectele Strop de Cer si Strop de Verde.

3. Astfel, potentialul client poate merge pe teren si poate sa identifice parcelele care il intereseaza cu ajutorul acestei aplicatii - punctul albastru va arata pozitia telefonului citita din senzorul GPS raportat la parcele.

4. Cu un telefon sau o tableta Apple (iPhone sau iPad) care are activata locatia se pot identifica exact colturile parcelelor (cu o precizie de 0,5-1 m - in cele mai bune conditii meteo).

Using La Dumbrava on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "La Dumbrava"
The search will reveal the La Dumbrava app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once La Dumbrava is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including La Dumbrava.
