If you want to install and use the Fire Emblem Heroes app on your PC or Mac, you will need to download and install a Desktop App emulator for your computer. We have worked diligently to help you understand how to use Fire Emblem Heroes for your computer in 4 simple steps below:

Step 1: Download an Android emulator for PC and Mac

Ok. First things first. If you want to use the application on your computer, first visit the Mac store or Windows AppStore and search for either the Bluestacks app or the Nox App . Most of the tutorials on the web recommends the Bluestacks app and I might be tempted to recommend it too, because you are more likely to easily find solutions online if you have trouble using the Bluestacks application on your computer. You can download the Bluestacks Pc or Mac software here

Step 2: Install the emulator on your PC or Mac

Now that you have downloaded the emulator of your choice, go to the Downloads folder on your computer to locate the emulator or Bluestacks application.
Once you have found it, click it to install the application or exe on your PC or Mac computer.
Now click Next to accept the license agreement.
Follow the on screen directives in order to install the application properly.
If you do the above correctly, the Emulator app will be successfully installed.

Step 3: Fire Emblem Heroes for PC - Windows 7/8 / 8.1 / 10

Now, open the Emulator application you have installed and look for its search bar. Once you found it, type Fire Emblem Heroes in the search bar and press Search. Click on Fire Emblem Heroes application icon. A window of Fire Emblem Heroes on the Play Store or the app store will open and it will display the Store in your emulator application. Now, press the Install button and like on an iPhone or Android device, your application will start downloading. Now we are all done.
You will see an icon called "All Apps".
Click on it and it will take you to a page containing all your installed applications.
You should see the Fire Emblem Heroes icon. Click on it and start using the application.

Step 4: Fire Emblem Heroes for Mac OS

Hi. Mac user!
The steps to use Fire Emblem Heroes for Mac are exactly like the ones for Windows OS above. All you need to do is install the Nox Application Emulator or Bluestack on your Macintosh. The links are provided in step one

  • I really like games of chance and FE

One of the most satisfying things in Fire Emblem games is seeing your character do a crit animation and knowing the enemy is either about to die or get severely weakened. While this app doesn’t have that, there is an element of chance in getting heroes you want. While I generally keep low expectations, I constantly am pleasantly surprised when I see those five stars fall into place across my screen. Regarding the gameplay, I certainly enjoy fire emblem more, but the customizability of the characters’ skills and the ability to make any character a solid threat through enough investment make the game fun. While events and new story are the main fun of the game, I still occasionally enjoy training up my units and seeing them completely destroy the enemy arena/hero battle team, but if IS stopped doing events I’d probably lose interest a lot faster than in the main games. I genuinely think this game is more fun the more Fire Emblem games you play, so if you are reading this and you’ve only played one or two fire emblem games, give this a shot and then try some of the other games if you find characters are too unfamiliar Also, I’ve been playing since launch and have several dozen 5* heroes f2p so, while I hardly spent any money on this game, I recommend reserving spending to a last resort and after a lot of careful consideration...after all, gambling only stops being fun when you lose all your money
  • Oof, The Hate Isn’t Valid

I love this game. I haven’t been playing Fire Emblem for long, and I started with Awakening, but even if I’m not fully familiar with all the characters, I have a lot of fun collecting them. :^)) It’s enjoyable when there are events lined up and good rewards to get, but there are break periods sometimes with nothing to do. It’s not completely perfect, as it should be. Sometimes I feel that certain maps are too difficult and are appealing to ‘whales’, the extreme Pay to Play players, and my biggest problem is certain units that are very powerful and almost unable to be killed, like Instant Regnal Astra Ayra, but I don’t encounter them often. But I believe some of the other hate isn’t valid. THIS GAME IS ABOUT CHANCE. If you’re summoning characters, you’re taking a risk. That’s the point, it’s a gatcha, but it’s definitely easier to play as F2P than a true Japanese gatcha game. Just having a 3% starting appearance rate is a blessing, compared to a 1% offered on other games. They do provide many opportunities to get orbs, it’s just the player’s choice to save them or use them. The game is pretty fair, and I think some of the bad reviews are just salty people who didn’t get who they wanted. :^/ I do sometimes pay for orbs, and I’ve had times where I didn’t get the character I wanted, but I still continue to play. It’s fun and worth trying! Don’t be discouraged and stop playing when you don’t get who you want because there are many other opportunities! 💕
  • Even free to play players get good stuff.

So I have played this game when it first came out, and took a break from it for about 6 months. I decided to come back to Feh because I was getting bored with other games. Within a three or four month period I now have 28ish 5 star troops. All for free. This game doesn't have low five star summoning rates, it's all about saving those orbs and using them wisely. They give a ton of orbs to begin with, it's just periodically, like any game would. They even added the free summon when you first summon at a banner. Now, don't get me wrong, sometimes I get a tad annoyed when I get none of the tomes that I want from that summon. But, it gets outweighed by all of the good experiences I had, like getting Love Abounds Hector on my first free summon. Or getting Brave Lyn 1 hour before the banner ended. (ik, i didn't choose her when you can get the free brave hero) So give this game a chance, and if you stick with it, it continues to give events that make the game fun, and plenty of chances to summon heroes that you want. Also, to those who say the hero challenges and such are hard, well I agree. However, if you play your troops right, and have the right combination, soon enough you will get it. The computer is slightly predictable, and if you get that, then the game opens up to you.
  • Poor drop rates combined with pity breakers

This game has a multitude of problems with the drop rates of heroes and the process of drawing them. First of all, the colors of the orbs you get is completely random. And you have to spend at least 5 orbs to see what the colors you can choose from. Which means if you’re going for a green unit, there’s a decent chance you won’t have any green orbs to choose from, and you’re required to waste those orbs. This seems to happen A LOT with certain banners. Say a popular character is in a banner, you’ll see less of that color orb to choose from (almost certainly a ploy to encourage people to purchase orbs). You should be able to back out of a summoning session for 1 orb. Being forced to waste 5 is awful. Beyond that issue, the drop rates for 5* units are exceedingly low at 3%. The drop rate goes up (very very slowly) the more draws you do without a 5*, then goes back down to 3% after you get one. The problem here, is that you’re far more likely to get some random garbage unit as a 5* instead of the unit you want, ruining your drop rates. There’s is WAY, WAY too many units in the 5* pool. Without an obscene amount of luck, it’s nearly impossible to get the units you want without paying money. And even if you do, you’re at the mercy of the minuscule drop rates. You may need to spend hundreds of dollars to get even one unit that you want. Of course, it is certainly designed that way on purpose.

If bonus units needing to get all the kills wasn’t bad enough. Now they add BST skills that shouldn’t exist. Intelligent Systems would rather you spend money to fix their problem rather than adjusting how scoring works.

    1) little too no content 2) tier 21 is the worst idea I’ve ever seen 3) story is absolutely trash my 12 sister could write a better story 4) what’s the point of 3-4 star heroes if the 3-4 star you want never comes
  • A mobile game that's just as fun as the main seires.

I have been playing Fire Emblem since Awakening came out, and have played every GBA and 3DS game. I absolutely love the characters and the gameplay combined with the amazing soundtracks. I downloaded Heroes day one and started off with a core of Olivia and Male Robin. I watched this game grow slowly over time, as I nabbed many of my favorite characters. Olivia, Eirika, Male Robin, Frederick, Narcian, ect were really exciting to get and use. Fast forward 8 months. I now have almost two screenshots full of 5 stars, 80k feathers and 97 orbs. The seasonal banners are aucually very nice, and while I'm wasn't very tempted to pull on any besides for Bridelia and Axezura (Got 2 BrideLyns and an Inigo instead), I really appreciate the time and effort that the artists and devs put in. The quality of life updates are amazing and many of the new characters are very good. Grand Hero Battles never fail to disappoint, and scoring around ~70k in TT is a cakewalk. However, this game is not with its flaws. Powercreep is an issue that is facing this game. At the beginning, many units had unfavorable BST (total of stats) spreads. Florina, Selena (both drawn by Zaza, who I'm glad has never tainted another character) are two of my favorite FE units in their respective games. Both of them are aucually garbage. Florina, the fast and speedy pegasus rider of FE7, is nothing more than a tank who only deals damage upon special proc. Selena needs Wao Dao, moonbow, wrath, and many other expensive and/or exclusive skills just to be on par with people like Lucina and Ryoma, and if THEY get those skills instead there's no comparison. Selena is inferior. Many newer units have more favorable BST spreads, but also have more effects on their weapons and even DIRECT UPGRADES of older weapons. Slaying weapons are just killer weapons that deal more damage. IV's, or individual values, affect characters. While some characters are neutral, others have a drop in one stat for a raise in another. This is an extremely annoying system when I pull a character I like (Olwen and Delthea for example) -spd. Speed is the most important stat for these characters and this stat decrease is near crippling. However, the sacred seals forge can help counter these, so this issue isn't as relevant as it was in launch. Another other issue I have with the game is some of the maps. On the infamous "boat map", if your infantry team is facing horse emblem and a dancer, you loose a character instantly and must restart your arena run to get into tier 20. Finally, we get to Ayra, who has caused more controversy these past hours more than almost anything else in the game. Ayra has a HUGE BST for a red sword infantry, and in fact is the first unit to break a certain level in the stat growth formula, which has many people worried. Every banner in the game so far has been announced before hand. Ayra was not. She is a TT bonus unit, who was put on a banner noone was expecting in a time where many are spending all their orbs, and was put on a banner with a red cavalier who is essentially a downgrade from Xander and Sigurd. Many of the "F2P" (Free to play) crowd are outraged over this. The worst part is that all they have to fight this with is their words; "whales" (big spenders) will still +10 her and IS will still walk away with thousands if not millions of dollars. It is a fun game, and I enjoy it. If you like this game, try out the main series. There's a lot of FE games to try and many are great to experience. April 9, 2018. The summoning pool is fixed. Powercreep is kinda held back by refining and events are added constantly. Get this game. It’s amazing, thank you daddy IS (add Ophelia already though! She got 4x the votes of Rhajhat :/) Update-September 18, 2018. OPHELIA AGHHHHHH I’LL GIVE YOU 5 STARS. Some content shortages, arena can get repetitive and annoying, and annoying alts (4 Takumis, Camillas, ect) can make seasonal banners not fun. I’d still recommend especially for people who have never played FE, but as someone who’ve played every 3ds, wii, and gba game I still really enjoy it.

For competitive players yearning for battle against others in a nonstop fan service strategy playing-field deathmatch, this is for you. I have been playing this game since launch and have nearly 500 heroes with a seriously large portion of them being 5 star merged heroes, crazy skill combos, and now many appearance customizations. I rate this 4 stars because the game is heavily based on the creation of fresh heroes rather than heroes you already have (though I prefer using the same tag team forever), chance gambling with the urge to spend money every time you have that emotional connection to a really well designed character from a fe story, and because you only fight other players teams bots and not the players themselves in real time. If they made a way to challenge a friend in real time I would give this 5 stars. As a game developer in training I have a lot of respect for the people who made this. Not only did they find a way to bring the entire franchise together, but they have also made a community that supports experienced and new artists that depict the characters we fire emblem fans know and love! (Let’s not forget experienced and newcomer voice actors as well!)
