Install Picter - Create & Edit photos, Collage Maker app on your Windows in 4 steps below:
- Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .
- Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.
- Using Picter on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:
- Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Picter"
- The search will reveal the Picter - Create & Edit photos, Collage Maker app icon. Open, then click "Install".
- Once Picter is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Picter.
- Now enjoy Picter on PC.

For Windows 11, check if there's a native Picter Windows app here » ». If none, follow the steps below:
- To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.
- To use Picter,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "Picter" » then Click "Install".
- Picter - Create & Edit photos, Collage Maker will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

i absolutley love Pinterest. i get great ideas and fun .i recently in the past few month got a new tat and my look was on Pinterest and yes i found it and i had a friend to free hand it bhind my left ear and it is a heart semi colon.....i am a survivor of suicide attempts and i'm bi polar/ manic and i am still surviving this illness so thank you Pinterest and the ones i followed for the great pins to save couldnt have done it w/o you all oh yea and the reason freehand is a heart is never perfect!

I love Pinterest and its one of those apps i use constantly. Recently, they've removed a feature or maybe it's not showing up for me, which allows you to add ideas to boards on a separate tab. I hope this is brought back soon as it was one of my favourite features and allowed me to add multiple pins at a time Edit: It came back and actually was made better!! Very much appreciated

This app has stopped will only let you scroll thru a certain number of pins and then it stops. You must tap the home button to load any new pins. I updated the app yesterday hoping that would help but it hasn't. Why is it doing this? And now I am getting alot of requests from men wanting to send private messages to me. Has Pinterest turned into a dating site?

Not working. The app isnt showing the pins. I can look up things and it wilk show pins but there isnt anything there. The picture of the pin is blank. I can use there are options but they don't actually work. i have tried everything I can to fix it but I can't get it to work properly. I have had Pinterest since it began. please please please fix this.
