What is Mango Talker? Mango Talker is a softphone and corporate messenger in a single application for customers of the MANGO OFFICE Virtual PBX. It allows users to receive calls, make calls, send SMS messages, and use audio and video conferencing. It also features a unified address book for clients and colleagues, chat and channel options, call recording, and cloud synchronization.

- Work calls: receive calls on your work number for free, make calls, send faxes and SMS messages to clients from your work number, change outgoing numbers, record calls, and transfer calls to colleagues.
- Unified client address book: cloud synchronization with CRM, Google, and other address books allows users to always know which client is calling. Add new contacts to the address book and your colleagues will see them immediately.
- Unified colleague address book: all colleague contacts are already in the business messenger (pulled from the MANGO OFFICE Virtual PBX Personal Account). Find any employee, check their availability status, and contact them instantly.
- Chats and channels: use individual and group chats with colleagues, create channels, and exchange files.
- Call recording: record important information during a call and listen to the details of the conversation at any time in the Mango Talker app.
- Balance in the app: track the status of your personal account directly in Mango Talker.
- Cloud synchronization: message and call history is available on any device. When connecting to your account from another device, your entire conversation history and call history will be available on the new device.
- Calls over the Internet or GSM: if the internet connection is poor and you need to call a client, choose "Order a Callback". The call will go through the cellular network, and the client will see your work number.
- Audio and video conferencing: communicate with several colleagues simultaneously using high-quality audio and video communication. Add external participants by phone number or web link.
