Install TecTrack app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using TecTrack on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "TecTrack"
The search will reveal the TecTrack app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once TecTrack is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including TecTrack.
Now enjoy TecTrack on PC.

To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

To use TecTrack,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "TecTrack" » then Click "Install".
- TecTrack will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

From bad to worse!

This app has gone from slightly annoying to buggy and just bad. It’s craving an update! I tell the app I take my med twice a day but it still has been recording me as 92% on track. I tried telling it I took an extra dose to see if it would get to 100% but it just gave me a warning to not take extra and if I did to go to the ER. I guess that’s not bad but seriously, why isn’t it saying 100? It also needs to let you add a dose in if you took it but forgot to log it or to be able to change the time on when it was taken. There are times when it won’t let me log a dose even when connected to WiFi. It should be able to track a dose even if no WiFi is available like when I was taking a dose on an airplane. But that’s a no go. A few days this week it wasn’t giving me my notifications at the correct time it was two hours late even though my phone said the correct hour. A med that cost this much for such a cheap chemical- and they do so much PR and selling on this med so it should have a better app if it’s going to have one at all. At $7,500 a month per customer you’d expect them to put some of the advertising budget to the app.

I really liked the idea of logging my pills and getting reminders. Forgetting my pills was the number 1 reason I switched meds for a short time, but this app is a incredibly confusing to use. When you log a dose, you get a percentage of compliance. It can be 200% (how is that possible?) 87%, 100+%. I have no idea what it is tracking. And if you log a dose right after you take it, but before your reminder, you still get the reminder. Plus there is a lot of tecfidera tips sent at you, which makes figuring out if you logged things in correctly difficult. I may need to look for a different app that is a little more clear cut and easy to use. UPDATE After using this app for 2 months, I am more convinced than ever of its flaws. It is always reminding me to take a dose AFTER I have logged a dose and then telling me to go to the hospital because I have taken too much. There is too much other information sent as well. This makes it difficult to see if you have taken the days dose. I am discontinuing use now. I found a different app that works much better.

I know it’s corny, but I look forward to the “good job” and “see you later “ after I rack a dose However, now it says “have a good evening “ both morning and night ☹️

I get distracted easily and lose track of time; thank goodness for this app! I am certain I would have missed several doses by now were it not for the reminders the app provides. Also, I forget sometimes if I took my pill, and a quick opening of the app let’s me see whether I tracked my dose! No more counting pills. Huge relief! Thank you!
