1. Though the use of science and technology and in partnership with the academe and other stakeholders, the DOST through Program NOAH is taking a multi-disciplinary approach in developing systems, tools, and other technologies that could be operationalized by government to help prevent and mitigate disasters.

2. The companion app to ARKO (the mobile app for flood, storm surge, and landslide hazard maps), the NOAH iOS app features a user-friendly interface that allows you to view near real time weather information, which can help prevent and mitigate disasters.

3. Project NOAH’s mission is to undertake disaster science research and development, advance the use of cutting edge technologies and recommend innovative information services in government's disaster prevention and mitigation efforts.

4. Content and data come from the Department of Science and Technology (DOST) and its participating agencies.

5. This is the official iOS app version of the Nationwide Operational Assessment of Hazards (Project NOAH) website ( ).

6. This mobile app was improved by Pointwest in cooperation with Project NOAH.

7. Monitoring weather disturbances, and their corresponding hazards, has now been made easier.

Install NOAH PH app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using NOAH PH on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "NOAH PH"
The search will reveal the NOAH PH app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once NOAH PH is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including NOAH PH.
Now enjoy NOAH PH on PC.

For Windows 11, check if there's a native NOAH PH Windows app here » ». If none, follow the steps below:

To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

To use NOAH PH,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "NOAH PH" » then Click "Install".
- NOAH PH will now be available on your Windows start-menu.
