ReadToMe 2 Lite is a text-to-speech app that allows users to listen to text, documents, and web pages without an internet connection. The app integrates with the system text-to-speech engine and offers over 100 voices in various languages. Users can also add favorite articles to a "Starred" list to listen to later, control skipping sentences, and highlight words while speaking. The app also offers a tree file explorer, cloud file import and export support, and the ability to speak aloud Chinese text with pinyin.
