Install SpeakText for Web app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "SpeakText"
The search will reveal the SpeakText for Web app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once SpeakText is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including SpeakText.

To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

To use SpeakText,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "SpeakText" » then Click "Install".
- SpeakText for Web will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

Translation App. I've been looking for!

I'm currently studying many Nordic languages for school and this app is great because it can very quickly distinguish between closely related languages automatically with a great deal of accuracy. The voiced pronunciation is spectacular because it is quick and sounds pretty darn good for all languages I've tried so far except for Icelandic which is somewhat robotic sounding. Another thing I like about this app. is that you don't have to navigate away from the text you want to translate. You only have to hold your finger over the text (word, sentence, or entire page) and the definition comes up at the bottom of the screen along with voice playback buttons. One user was complaining about paying $10!? Dude, I've got a similar program on my computer that cost nearly $100/yr. and that only does voiced pronunciation of English words and that doesn't translate Icelandic at all!

Hope you have it for Mac PC. The best read aloud app. Incredible read aloud from touched words to end functions. Reading performance is highly improved now.

The update caused the application to freeze. I can't use it or delete it. I would recommend you avoid this company as this application is defective and may cause harm to your IPad. I have never encountered this problem before.

Does not speak the words as promised. App crashes most of the time It does translate from one language to another but so does google.
