What is Orthophysical?
The Orthophysical app is designed to measure and monitor knee range of motion, pain, and satisfaction levels. It also includes a Wound Inspection feature to monitor wound healing progress. The app offers two different techniques to measure knee range of motion, including an image capture and a Gyroscope system. The app is useful for healthcare professionals, including orthopaedic surgeons and physiotherapists, as well as patients who want to monitor their knee range of motion during rehabilitation.
1. Using the App, Knee range of motion can be measured with two different techniques comprising an image capture or a Gyroscope system.
2. With the image capture system virtual markers are placed over the upper leg, knee and lower leg to determine knee range of knee motion.
3. The Gyroscope system provides a quick and easy way to measure knee range of motion.
4. This features allows you to use your mobile device as a goniometer to measure knee range of motion with the gyroscope function.
