Download and install the ZOSI Cloud app on your Windows 10,8,7 or Mac in 4 simple steps below:
- Download an Android emulator for PC and Mac:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks Pc or Mac software Here >> .
- Install the emulator on your PC or Mac:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.
- Using ZOSI Cloud on PC [Windows 7/ 8/8.1/ 10/ 11]:
- Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "ZOSI Cloud"
- The search will reveal the ZOSI Cloud app icon. Open, then click "Install".
- Once ZOSI Cloud is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including ZOSI Cloud.
- Now enjoy ZOSI Cloud on PC.
- Using ZOSI Cloud on Mac OS:

How to download and use ZOSI Cloud App on Windows 11
To get ZOSI Cloud on Windows 11, check if there's a native ZOSI Cloud Windows app here » ». If none, follow the steps below:
- Download the Amazon-Appstore » (U.S only)
- Click on "Get" to begin installation. It also automatically installs Windows Subsystem for Android.
- After installation, Goto Windows Start Menu or Apps list » Open the Amazon Appstore » Login (with Amazon account)
- For non-U.S users, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto Playstore on PC » click Configure_Download. This will auto-download Google Play Store on your Windows 11.
- Installing ZOSI Cloud:
- Login to your computer's PlayStore or Amazon AppStore.
- Search for "ZOSI Cloud" » Click "Install" to install ZOSI Cloud
- ZOSI Cloud will now be available on your windows start-menu.

Problem with the app and support

I have a problem with the app, this app. It initially worked great, but now using my cloud ID I can not remote view while away from my WIFI. initially I could view all 8 cameras. Now I only get the first 4 cameras. I contacted the support team and they asked for more information, to which I provided them only to get a response that the case is now closed. This has happened 3 times. I am on the 4th time now and again they sent me a link for how to view the cameras on my monitor, not the problem. The problem is that you can not choose 8 cameras when setting up the cloud ID on the app. You can only choose the amount of cameras using the IP address, but I can not view the IP ones while away from the house. I will change this review if and when I ever get help from your support team!!!

Well, I first tried using Ip Pro App. It failed a couple of times. So I would Delete and Re-install. Saw others were doing the same.
Then, I found this this app App. After logging in, I now see that this App goes directly to your Cameras, without requiring additional steps to get there.
So, I guess time will tell, if this App fails like the Ip Pro did.

Save your time and money… Both the app and their product are garbage! You’d be better off standing guard yourself with a video camera than using this crap! Purchased their system set it up in my home and it spends more time not working then working! You would probably have better luck with a baby monitor from Fisher-Price!! Just another company peddling junk, at a premium!!! Don’t be fooled like I was...they say on there website that they are ready to help, but it’s a LIE!! Tech support is worthless...would have better luck with a kindergartner helping me!! Stay away, Far Away!!

Disappointing- NOT Recommended

I’ve had the 8 camera 1080p wireless system about a month. Easy to install and excellent picture quality. However this app is AWFUL!!! It crashes constantly/refuses to open, slow and difficult playback and does not allow changes to the motion sensitivity. All of these are huge issues with any home security camera system. This app desperately needs upgrading or the app should refund for the wasted time and money with their false advertisement. I am sure most everyone expects dependable remote viewing. Not with this app...
