Install PicScratch for Messages app on your Windows in 4 steps below:
- Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .
- Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.
- Using PicScratch on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:
- Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "PicScratch"
- The search will reveal the PicScratch for Messages app icon. Open, then click "Install".
- Once PicScratch is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including PicScratch.
- Now enjoy PicScratch on PC.

Does not work properly.

I tried this app. However, I could not place the text where I wanted it to be, basically in the center or top or wherever. When I tried to make the text bigger, some of the text disappeared off the template. The same problem with using photos. It placed them in the top left corner and not center where I wanted and it cut off part of the picture. This seemed like a fun app, but totally does not work right. Need more time to work out the problems, then will get more stars. I could not find anywhere how to contact the app creator about the problems or if it was something I missed.
