Install 16 Handles app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using 16 Handles on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "16 Handles"
The search will reveal the 16 Handles app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once 16 Handles is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including 16 Handles.
Now enjoy 16 Handles on PC.

To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

To use 16 Handles,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "16 Handles" » then Click "Install".
- 16 Handles will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

App is worthless

I went into a this app and made a purchase before downloading the App. The salesperson told me to hold on to my receipt to get the credit. I was unable to do it myself and 2 cashier tried as well and couldn't do it. I contacted customer support and it took 5 messages before they actually told me that I wouldn't see the credit!!!! Doesn't make sense! I was told to look at the task bar and there is no way to tell if the credit is there or not. I think it is absolutely ridiculous that I can't see whether my expense was credited or not. Then I wanted to add the pass to my wallet and that won't work either. I get an error message. What a lousy App!!!! Worthless and not worth the download. In the past I used to provide my phone number and the amount was automatically credit to make account. This App is worthless!!!!

App never works-never has the up to date flavor s doesn't even show them. It was great when you could just use your phone number and rack up future points...i have 20 receipts that took long to register and i ewound up losing them and my rewards, noww the app makes you call in to see flavors when ordering through another food app that the workers have to write down because those apps don't have a SPECIAL NOTE section to specify flavor or extra toppings, what is the purpose of theirs app???

Poor business decision to move from rewards card to app model. Multiple locations say they have tech problems and can't even accept the app, and/or the employees have no idea how to deal with it when a customer comes in. Nearly impossible to redeem points and even more impossible to earn any now.
