Download and install the fresh&co app on your Windows 10,8,7 or Mac in 4 simple steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC and Mac:

✔ Pros:

- Fast service and good food

- Friendly staff who recognize regular customers

- Ability to order ahead through the app

- App does not sync with existing account on web site

- Location ordering issue where some locations do not appear on the app

- 30 minute lead time for orders, which can result in cold food or long wait times

- Inconsistent pricing where items are more expensive when ordered through the app compared to in-store

- App has not been updated in over a year and does not work on newer phone models

Ok app, terrible store pricing

The app is great when it works but there are two issues - sometimes the location I order from doesn’t pop up even though I’ve ordered from there several times before. And it takes 30 mins lead time to order something which I think is too much. Re pricing, they have things on the menu, like the bec wrap for $5.95 but if you order it at the store a la carte it’s more money! I didn’t even want the cheese and they still charged me $1.50 more for the exact same item a - RIDICULOUS.
App Difficult to Use

I order lunch from Fresh & Co a couple of times a week, and they’re always great. Fast service, good food, and the people recognize me and are friendly. I have always ordered through the Web site, which is clunky but serviceable. Using the new app, though, I encounter problems: 1. It does not sync with my existing account through their web site. 2. There’s no mechanism in build your own salad for making two of your four choices the same (double olives, for instance) 3. They’ve been promoting “order by 10 a.m., pick up by noon” for a discount, but when I tried to order my salad this morning, the app returned an error that Build Your Own Salad is not available at this time, though only after I had gone through the trouble of placing the order

Why the 30 minute “ASAP” pickup estimate when you order ahead? Here’s how this always works: if I wait 30 mins to pick up my food, it’ll be cold, having sat there for 25 minutes. If I show up 10 minutes after ordering, I’ll have to wait and get told that by the always rude staff people that my food wasn’t supposed to be picked up for another 20 minutes. Can’t win, so why try? Seriously, Dunkin’ Donuts and Starbucks have no trouble preparing orders as they come in, why can’t fresh and co?
Not compatible with iPhone xs

I upgraded my phone back in December to an iPhone xs max and since then the app has failed to work. I've emailed the customer support many times and while they nicely threw a few credits my way, I want to walk in and order food and scan to pay. It's crazy this hasn't been updated in over a year. I haven't been going to fresh and co as much because of this. Hope it will be fixed soon
