Install AdBlocker app on your Windows in 4 steps below:
- Download an Android emulator for PC:

Had to uninstall

Bought it, installed following the obscure directions, and it disabled Safari. Had to uninstall and retrace my steps to get Safari working again. Strange, because the free version I had before was easy to install and worked great. Would like my money back!
PS — Found Wipr (free) under Safari Extensions, installed it instantly and painlessly, and it works great!
