Install iScanner - PDF Document Scanner app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

The app does what it says but is far from a usable tool. The concept is šš½ but you find yourself balancing the paper while trying to stay perfectly still while clicking the button etc. and therefore it is šš¼
The iOS app is far more useful but if the two versions (iOS and MAC) made use of iCloud and made it easier to manage scanned documents between them - then I would deem the app passable; as it is - this version isnt much good.
