Install RTA CLE app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using RTA CLE on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "RTA CLE"
The search will reveal the RTA CLE app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once RTA CLE is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including RTA CLE.
Now enjoy RTA CLE on PC.

To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

To use RTA CLE,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "RTA CLE" » then Click "Install".
- RTA CLE will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

Overall great, in that it’s easy to use, offers a simple and clean interface, and isn’t bothered with ads or noise. when coordinating a route, it would be nice to be able to save it. I’d also like if the bus stop numbers were included in the instructions/directions to avoid confusion of closely placed stops.
Unusable

Tried to use. Cannot get it to give train routes. It tells me to wait for 7 hours to catch a buss. But the train arrived in 5 minutes. It’s useless and I will delete it.
They won’t refund my purchase!

I contacted my bank after communicating with RTAs Terrible and rude email services. And my bank said they took my payment the returned it then pulled it again which caused a 48hour hold! And as I’m telling the email service this they keep saying reach out to your bank. If I’m telling you I’m on the phone with them relating to you everything they are saying why aren’t you trying to see what’s messed up on the APP’s end !!! This app is terrible.
Fix Connection

I have use this app twice the first time I bought a all day pass everything worked fine, but I’ll say last week I had forgot to get change the day before so I bought a pass for one ride I got to the bus stop and when the bus arrived the ticket wouldn’t load thankful the bus driver was familiar with me and let me go on get on but that’s totally embarrassing and annoying.
