No sound

I have an iPhone 7 and none of the songs are playing. Went to the website which has nothing, no options for support. I paid money for this app so my daughter who is training for competition could practice at the correct count. My sound is all the way up and my mute is off. Please advise.

I’ve tried playing the music that was listed as being included with this App, but none of it works!! Being an Irish dancer, I’m really disappointed with this App!!
