Kinda useful, mostly not

I downloaded this with the naive hope that I would have mobile access to my referral links (my company pays a bonus on referrals), but I found just a scant few features and that was definitely not one of them. I was able to look at some open applications and that’s about it. Really not a replacement for the website.

Very limited functionality

This app has 10% of the functionality of the Desktop site and is basically a carbon copy of the Mobile site. All you can do is complete scorecards. Moving candidates between stages, sending candidate emails, adjusting job settings? Good luck, you’ll have to go to your mobile browser, request Desktop site, and wade through a UI that’s very difficult to use on a phone. the app needs to do better here.

Can’t login via google

I couldn’t get past google sign in. I have a google account via my work but when I go to sign-in with google, it doesn’t do anything at all it just takes me back to the sign in page. You can tell there’s an error because I can see a label barely poking out underneath the button but since it’s underneath I can’t read it.
I wanted to do some last min prep for a candidate I’m interviewing and I can’t via the app so it’s now deleted.

Very surprised with how bad the app is

I have been using the app system for almost a year and still can’t believe how little improvements have been made to the app if any over that time period. It either shows that the company is not doing well and is going to either shut down or is in process of being acquired and hence lost direction and sense of customer centric mentality. The fact that they don’t even keep your logged in is crazy!
