    What stands out the most is how organized the app is. For instance, it divides the type of workouts you want to pick and choose, not to mention, gives you a visual representation of how to do it. I definitely would recommend this app to friends and family.

    The changes are ok but you got rid of the notes part. You should not have done that I use that for all kinds of things for seat positions to how I feel on the work out that day to know why I was up or down. Second when the app is open it runs demos and it’s killing my battery to say the least those are two very big things for me. Please fix it.

    It's easy to use, record exercises and I can keep listening to my music while I work out. No need to pay for expensive trainers. I never knew what to do at the gym and I didn't wanna hurt myself but this app tells you how to do the workouts in a safe way.
