Worst customer service ever!

Previous version of this app bricked my device as well. I see several others in the same boat - I hounded customer service until I got a response that was basically “we are aware of the issue - too bad for you. Call us later to see if we fix it”. I hope Yamaha and customer service rep Robert both get what they deserve. Unreal...

It doesn’t work and no answer from Yamaha

I am trying to contact but I don’t have so far any answer because it doesn’t work on my piano, I would to know even what it’s wrong or if can be fixed, with no answer yet :(

Latest firmware bricked me

This simple utility worked fine until the latest firmware update. Now I’m bricked. I have a call in with Yamaha and we will see if they make it right. I’ll post again with an update.
