Install Xero Expenses app on your Windows in 4 steps below:


  1. Download an Android emulator for PC:
    Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .

  2. Install the emulator:
    On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

  3. Using Xero Expenses on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:
    • Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Xero Expenses"
    • The search will reveal the Xero Expenses app icon. Open, then click "Install".
    • Once Xero Expenses is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Xero Expenses.
    • Now enjoy Xero Expenses on PC.

    This product should be free until all the bugs have been worked out of it and the major features have been integrated . It is ridiculous that I have to pay for the top-tier subscription in order you to use this half-baked product. Very disappointing and arrogance

    This app is stupidly only for letting employees record expenses they put on their personal card. If there were one additional menu allowing them to record expenses used on the company card it would actually be very useful.
