Only works on iPhone not iPad

I have used the iControl App for many years and loved it. This “new” app is a step backwards in so many ways. Like.... when trying to change the volume on my VSX-LX304 Elite receiver, using the iPad app on a brand new iPad runnin iOS 13.3, the the app app simply hangs. Come on engineers? I can see having your stuff not be tested on four or six year old iPads running old iOS versions, but not having your app work with the latest hardware and software is pretty lame. On my iPad app, I Can’t pull up the volume, can’t change sources, nothing works when trying to get to the buried layer required to change the volume. I have to shut down the app and grab my iPhone. Speaking of volume, hey the app team, how about making the volume available on the main app screen and not making us have to go two levels deep to use THE most used feature of any AV Receiver app??
Great app for the receiver, but please update the receiver!

I have a VSX-LX503, and everything about it works as expected, but I should be able to Airplay music to it without having the TV turn on automatically! Please update the receiver to not turn the TV on when streaming music. It doesn’t turn the TV on when the receiver is turned on with some buttons on the remote, so I know it must be possible!

This is the first time I write a review for an app. This app is totally worth talking about. There is so much u can do. Audioholics are gonna love this app. The amount of custom eq u can do on everything is amazing. Each input can me eq differently for multiple uses like home theater or music u name it i love this app. the app really out did themselves. The only thing i will change is being able to chose different logos for the different inputs other than that I wouldn’t change a thing. 👌🏾great app
EQ settings do not save

I noticed other comments regarding this same phenomenon. I use the APP to save the EQ settings they way I like them. Then, the next time (and every time) I turn the receiver on, the EQ settings are flatlined and I have to open the APP and re-load them. This is very annoying. Apparently this is not fixable or the developers would have corrected it by now. Other than that, the app is OKAY. Controlling Pandora from the APP is hit or miss. Sometimes it links up ok and works, sometimes it does not. Please fix the EQ problem, we are paying customers! Thank you.
