What is 공차?
The official membership service application of Gong Cha Korea is a mobile membership service that rewards customers with stamps for using Gong Cha. Customers can receive various benefits such as stamp accumulation, free drink coupons, event coupons, and more. The app also allows customers to order various menu items through membership orders, charge membership vouchers, and gift membership e-Gifts.
1. 또한 멤버십 오더를 통해 음료, 푸드 등 다양한 메뉴를 주문할 수 있으며, 멤버십 금액권을 충전하거나 나만의 조합으로 멤버십 e-Gift를 선물할 수 있습니다.
2. - 멤버십 오더 : 공차 멤버십 앱을 통해 간편하게 주문/결제를 하고 제조가 완료되면 매장에서 바로 찾아갈 수 있는 모바일 간편 주문 서비스입니다.
3. - 멤버십 e-Gift : 공차 메뉴 교환권 쿠폰으로 모바일 결제 및 현장 결제할 수 있습니다.

7. 선택적 접근 권한의 경우 허용하지 않아도 앱 이용은 가능하나 일부 서비스 이용에 제한이 있을 수 있습니다.

- Membership card: Customers can accumulate stamps by presenting the barcode of their membership card.
- Stamp card: Customers can accumulate one stamp for every drink they purchase. When 10 stamps are accumulated, the card is completed and can be converted into a coupon for use.
- Membership order: A mobile easy-ordering service that allows customers to order and pay easily through the Gong Cha membership app and pick up their order at the store when it is ready.
- Membership voucher: A mobile charge (amount) type card that can be used as a payment method for purchasing products at Gong Cha.
- Membership e-Gift: A mobile coupon that can be used for mobile or on-site payment for Gong Cha menu items.
- Gift: A service that allows customers to gift membership vouchers and membership e-Gifts through the Gong Cha membership app.
- My coupons: Customers can check event coupons. When using a coupon, customers can receive benefits by selecting the coupon and presenting the barcode.
- Gift coupons: Customers can gift coupons received from My coupons.
- Event: Customers can check ongoing events.
- Notice: Gong Cha provides information on new menu items and important notices.
- Store locator: Customers can search for store locations and information. When GPS is turned on, the app will guide customers to the nearest store.
- Usage guide: Customers can check the answers to frequently asked questions, as well as the terms and conditions of membership, privacy policy, and location information usage agreement.
The app requires access permissions for notification, location, address book, and camera. The app can be used in both Wi-Fi and data network environments, but data charges may apply depending on the customer's carrier policy. The app is available at all Gong Cha stores, except for some rest areas and stores. The app requires iOS 9.0 or later. If customers have any inconvenience or suggestions while using the app, they can contact the customer center or website.
