- The artist alley feature on the app is not functional.
- The app does not allow users to save a list of events they want to see without using up data.
- The app is slow and crashes frequently, making it difficult to use at the event.
- The check-in feature on the app is not working properly.

Although the website for this event has all the information up to date, is hard to understand why the developer has a lack of interest for this app, as many information is missing from the app that has been on the websites for months! For example artist alley, on website you can download a full list of artist locations, on the app when clicking on this option, you are greeted with “nothing here yet” it would be I hope the app gets better, so you can actually use it at the event as a guide to better enjoy the app.

This app is not up to date. Having difficulty checking in to the kiosk here at the app. I have already activated my card and when I scan it. It says it's already been scanned in several kiosk when it's in fact my first time scanning it. Someone fix it!

Not the best version.

When I first opened the app. I was able to see everything I wanted to. The problem was I couldn't add everything to a list that I could reference while at the show without eating up all my data. Even though the show supplied free wifi the slowness and crashes made this unusable. I got more help from the paper program than from the app. Whoever designs and launches next year version should consider a version that allows the user the ability to save everything they want to see. From a certain exhibitor , artist, panel , all the way to a celebratory. I would have given the app 1 star but it did its job of showing who the celebrity was and a decent map of the show floor.
