Not Connecting to Studio App

We also cannot get this app to connect to the Studio app. Very frustrating!

Looking to use as alternative to create morning announcements for school. Tested on school and home network. It does not connect nor are manual connection settings editable.
Never works

This app will never connect to the studio app. I can't even manually add the camera through the studio app. Running Studio on an iPad Pro and the camera app in a 6S. Kinda bummed this won't work as I was hoping to use it with my students.
